Do colors really matter?

I would like to share why CMN has the color scheme that it does.  The founders of the organization selected three colors to represent what our ministry values are. We use these colors in our logo, book covers and other communications.

Artboard 1@1.0.png

Dark Blue: Represents Christ royalty as King of Kings and Lord of Lords. We recognize His complete authority in all of Heaven and earth. (Matthews 28:18) In everything we do, we are operating under His authority. We seek Him first in all things. (Matthews 6:33)

Dark Red: Represents Christ blood which He shed for the forgive of our sins. Forgiveness is available to anyone who believes in Christ’s death, burial and resurrection.  Because of this, everyone who receives Christ as Savior and Lord has eternal life. (I Corinthians 5:11-13) Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” (John 14:6) Christ is the only way to Heaven.

Dark Green: Represents the abundant life Christ said He would give us. (John 10:10) God’s Word says that He will supply all our need according to His riches in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19) We put our trust in God to provide all of our needs financially and in every other way. This includes providing us with the right people who have a passion for discipling through one-on-one mentoring relationships. This is so that we can fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20) and the words of Paul to Timothy. “And what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also." (II Timothy 2:2.)

I pray you are all blessed by the message we are trying to communicate to the world through our colors.  Please share the significance behind the colors as you mentor others.
