By design, the study books and accompanying Mentor’s Guides, allows any Bible believing Christian to easily navigate through CMN's Christian Mentors Tool Box to start up and lead your own mentoring disciplining ministry in your church or organization.
Using this curriculum, you are equipped to put into action Paul’s 2 Timothy 2:2 principle of replication:
“And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.”
We believe in the importance of the church doing one-an-one discipleship and mentoring, building deeper relationships to build up the body of Christ to become a healthy church.
This mentoring ministry can be used to encourage and equip every believer in the church to invest in and disciple others. Never before has there been such a need in the church to disciple every believer.
We believe the Lord has blessed us with these tools that can help every believer in every church accomplish this task. But it requires prayer, faith, action and replication to REACH and equip every disciple to grow in maturity and love in Christ who will then go on to TEACH others who will do the same.
